A traditional celebration in marigold and mogra, running from a daytime ceremony under strung flowers to a live band on a patola-print stage after dark.
The Story
Those strings framed the arrival. Guests walked in under a low ceiling of hanging flowers, garlanded pillars marking the way through, with the space held in the warm orange and cream of the flowers themselves.
The same treatment carried to the couple's backdrop, where marigold columns and falling mogra were layered deep enough to read as a wall of flowers rather than a decorated one.
After dark the celebration moved to the stage, backed by a patola-print panel edged with a marigold scallop, where a live band played the night out under the trees.
